WARRANTIES & RETURNS
At AQUAOVO, we are deeply committed to providing a superior shopping experience to our customers. The great quality of our products let us offering you extended warranties and flexible return policies such as following terms and conditions.
100/60 SATISFACTION WARRANTY
We include a 60-day 100% satisfaction warranty with each filtration fountain OVOPUR and TOWER. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it within 60 days of receipt of shipment and we will gladly replace the product, exchange it for another or refund the purchase price of the item.
ACCIDENTAL BREAKAGE WARRANTY
This warranty covers all porcelain and glass parts of our water fountains OVOPUR and TOWER against accidental breakage under normal conditions of use. If for any reason you accidentally break a piece of glass or porcelain from your device, we will replace it free of charge for a period of two (2) years after delivery.
This warranty applies to Ovopur filtration units intended for domestic use and not for commercial or corporate use with a higher volume of users.
MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY
Each product we sell is covered by our 2 years manufacturer's warranty on bases, valves and parts such as silicone gaskets for malfunction or premature degradation in normal use. If you experience any problem during the warranty period, we will be able to provide exchange or repair services if necessary.

TRANSFERABILITY
The warranties are linked to the fountain and are therefore transferable in accordance with the end schedule and terms.
ADDITIONAL PROTECTION
The AVANTAGE OVO+ program for the annual automated purchase of filter cartridges offers discounts on both cartridges and replacement parts beyond the terms of the original warranty.Â
All water filters owners who are actively subscribed to one of our AVANTAGE OVO+ Annual Cartridge Replacement Programs are automatically covered by this extended accidental breakage warranty. This warranty covers all porcelain, ceramics and glass parts of your water filter against accidental breakage under normal use. This subscription gives you:
- A 20% discount on all your replacement filter cartridges
- A 20% discount on all replacement parts purchased after the initial two years coverage of our standard warranty has expired

EXCLUSION AND WARRANTY LIMITATION
Items on sale and presented as TEL QUEL are non-refundable and not protect under 100/60 satisfaction warranty or accidental breakage warranty.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in perfect condition. It must also be in the original packaging.
The return of certain products is not accepted, such as wet / used filter cartridges. We also do not accept personal use products such as straw filters.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
WARRANTY OFFICIAL VERSION
The final and official version of our warranties are the ones appearing on the page WARRANTIES AND RETURNS of our website.Â
As well the official version remains the French version in case there is a difference of meaning with the English version.Â
RETURN POLICY FOR NON-FILTERING PARTS AND PRODUCTS
Our return policy is 30 days on products without filtration. If this period has passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund, exchange or replacement.
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to retailers or the place of purchase.
REFUND POLICY
Once your item has been returned and inspected, we will send you a confirmation to notify you that we have received it. We will also inform you of the approval or refusal of your refund.
If a refund is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method.
If your refund is delayed, check first with your financial institution or credit card company, it may take a while before your refund is officially posted.

EXCHANGE AND REPLACEMENT POLICY
We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at support@aquaovo.com.

GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipment, you will receive a credit of equivalent value. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the person who gave you the item received it and sent it to you later, we will send a refund to the person or the one who gave you the article.
SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item or for obtaining warranty replacement parts. Shipping costs are not refundable.
If you receive a refund and AquaOvo has paid the shipping costs, these will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $ 75, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
